Thin residual type complete slit
Scope expansion and update completed! Introducing complete slits with thin residuals using high-precision cutting machines.
The "Thin Residual Type Complete Slit" is a seismic reinforcement method for columns using post-installed slits. The design and construction guidelines are suitable for the design and construction of post-installed slits in secondary walls of existing RC (Reinforced Concrete) and SRC (Steel Reinforced Concrete) structures. These design and construction guidelines can also be applied to renovation work when seismic slits are not installed according to the design documents in existing buildings (including those constructed after the seismic code revision in 1981). 【Applicable Columns and Beams】 ■ The concrete compressive strength of columns and beams should be between 13.5 N/mm² and 36.0 N/mm² when designed for seismic reinforcement. ■ The cross-section size of columns should be at least 400×400 mm. ■ When applying to extremely brittle columns, it is limited to columns with a shear reinforcement ratio (pw) of 0.1% or more. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
